Learn about chocolate and see how a basic truffle dough is mixed. Then roll up your sleeves and roll three truffles from a variety of doughs, dip them in chocolate, and decorate them. You will receive a bag to take your truffles home in.  Truffle making will take about 45 minutes. All materials will be supplied including aprons.

Tired of the same old birthday party themes? How about a truffle making party!!

The participants will learn about chocolate and will be shown how a basic truffle dough is mixed. They will then roll 3 truffles from a variety of doughs, dip them in milk chocolate or white chocolate and decorate them from a variety of sprinkles or chocolate drizzle. All participants will be given a bag to take their truffles home in. The birthday party truffle making experience takes about 45 minutes and costs $15 per person.
