Full Length Truffle Making Experience

Choose between making 6 truffles ($25/person) or 12 truffles ($50/person). In each class you will learn how to mix, roll, dip and decorate truffles. You will choose between a variety of truffle flavors. The class will run 2 to 2.5 hours and is held at the host’s kitchen or another host-provided kitchen.
Cost is $25 to $50 per person
Minimum Participants: 5 • Maximum Participants: 10 • You can purchase more than 5 seats but not less than 5 seats. Ticket quantity is automatically set to the minimum for you. The host will pay for everyone who is invited to the class and will then get reimbursed as s/he chooses.
Description
Diane’s full classes last about 2-2.5 hours for five to ten people. People will learn about truffle-making but, unlike the demonstration class, this experience will allow customers to create either six or twelve of their own truffles from a variety of truffle flavors. Truffle Me! classes are to be held at the host’s own kitchen or another provided kitchen. Diane will provide all needed materials.
